La jefa de Gobierno electa nombra a Alejandro Encinas como coordinador de su equipo para la transición.
Martí Batres y Clara Brugada saludan durante una conferencia de prensa realizada en el Palacio del Ayuntamiento, en Ciudad de México, este 12 de junio.
La transición en Ciudad de México ha comenzado. Mientras comienzan a darse los primeros pasos en lo que será el cambio de Gobierno federal, Clara Brugada, la jefa de Gobierno electa, se ha reunido este miércoles para dar también un primer acercamiento al cambio de Ejecutivo en la capital. Ganadora por más de 12 puntos en las elecciones del pasado 2 de junio, la hasta hace poco candidata asumirá el cargo el próximo 4 de octubre. Tiene cuatro meses por delante para trabajar junto al actual jefe de Gobierno, Martí Batres, en el pase de manos de la Administración. “Brugada es una garantía no solo de continuidad, sino de nuevas transformaciones”, la ha elogiado el funcionario en un mensaje enviado en conjunto. “Hoy empieza a cumplirse el mandato ciudadano de que esta ciudad continúe con un Gobierno de la transformación”, ha respondido ella.
Con la manos enlazadas y los brazos en señal de victoria, ambos políticos recibieron a la prensa este miércoles para dar algunos detalles de cómo será la transición. El equipo de transición de Brugada será liderado por Alejandro Encinas, exsubsecretario de Derechos Humanos y su coordinador de su campaña. Por su parte, Batres pondrá a cargo a Ricardo Ruiz, actual secretario de Gobierno capitalino. Según han explicado, participarán además Inti Muñoz, secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda; Juan Gerardo López, titular de la Secretaría de Inclusión y Bienestar Social; y a Bertha Gómez, secretaria de Finanzas del Ejecutivo local.
Ambos equipos comenzarán a trabajar mano a mano a partir de julio, según han explicado. La jefa de Gobierno electa ha detallado que en los próximos irá dando a conocer los nombres de los miembros del Gabinete, aunque esta semana adelantó al menos uno, al asegurar que el secretario de Seguridad, Pablo Vázquez, se quedará en el cargo. Un importante guiño a la continuidad sobre todo en un tema que preocupa mucho a los capitalinos; además de un gesto hacia la política en seguridad que mantuvo Claudia Sheinbaum en la ciudad, de la mano de Omar García Harfuch.
“No vamos a fallar, vamos a cumplir con los compromisos, vamos a hacer de Ciudad de México una ciudad que continúe con los grandes trabajos que la hagan justa, democrática, sustentable, atendiendo temas tan prioritarios como la seguridad, el agua, la movilidad o la vivienda”, ha asegurado Brugada, una feminista que forjó su carrera en los barrios pobres de la ciudad. La conferencia de prensa que dieron entre los dos dejó entrever que mantienen un vínculo muy amistoso. “Estás en tu casa”, le dijo Batres, visiblemente muy contento. “Me va a dar mucho gusto entregarle a Clara Brugada la administración de la ciudad.”, agregó. “Es un referente de la Cuarta Transformación, honesto y de principios”, elogió ella de vuelta.
Brugada, que además contará con un Congreso afín a sus intereses, ha hecho mucho énfasis este miércoles en que las políticas del Gobierno de la capital mantendrán su rumbo en los próximos tres años. “Lo que hoy se tiene de avanzado en la ciudad tendrá una continuidad, que la población no piense que tiene que empezar de cero. Aquí es continuar con el gran esfuerzo que ha hecho el Gobierno de la ciudad”, ha asegurado. Encinas, de 70 años, se volvió una figura muy cercana a Brugada en los últimos meses, además de haber ocupado múltiples cargos en el Ejecutivo de la ciudad. Fue secretario de Medio Ambiente con Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas (1997-1999), secretario de Desarrollo Económico y de Gobierno con Andrés Manuel López Obrador (2000-2005), e incluso llegó a ocupar el cargo de jefe de Gobierno del Distrito Federal por más de un año.
