Al encabezar la inauguración de los trabajos de construcción del camino Yaalvacash – Entronque Carretero Yutniontic, tramo del kilómetro 00+000 al 9+400, subtramo kilómetro 8+100-km 9+400, en el municipio de Chamula, el gobernador Rutilio Escandón Cadenas subrayó que, gracias a las acciones que impulsa su administración para garantizar vialidades modernas, cómodas y seguras, hoy los municipios de la entidad han progresado y tienen mejores condiciones de vida.
Acompañado de las y los habitantes beneficiados, el mandatario constató la pavimentación de este circuito de aproximadamente 10 kilómetros que comunica con todas las comunidades del municipio de Chamula y hace posible la intercomunicación con otras localidades de la región, principalmente con San Cristóbal de Las Casas.
“No hay duda de que cuando se trabaja con honestidad y humanismo, todo es posible y el recurso alcanza para sacar adelante las legítimas aspiraciones de todas y todos, sin ninguna distinción ni condición, como esta vialidad que hace realidad el sueño de un gran pueblo, porque facilita la comercialización, hace posible que las y los niños y jóvenes lleguen a tiempo a sus centros escolares; y las ambulancias transitarán con seguridad en el traslado de los enfermos a las clínicas”, enfatizó.
De esta manera, aseguró, se sigue el ejemplo del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, de invertir el presupuesto en las necesidades más urgentes del pueblo, practicando la cultura de la fraternidad y el amor al prójimo en la búsqueda del bien común, a fin de seguir entregando más obras de gran impacto social.
En representación de la Comisión de Caminos e Infraestructura Hidráulica, Jorge Ovando Díaz, sostuvo que la construcción del camino Yaalvacash-Entronque Carretero Yutniontic, ha demostrado que el trabajo conjunto entre sociedad y gobierno es fundamental para impulsar el desarrollo económico de las comunidades, pues esta obra permitió generar empleos a través de la contratación de mano de obra y prestadores de servicios locales.
