Con ello nos estamos dando cuenta de que dentro de poco este paso vehicular entrará en funciones y se conectará con los otros dos puentes, uno hacia el Hospital General Dr. Jesús Gilberto Gómez Maza y el otro que conduce a la colonia Las Palmas, para que la obra sea completa y traiga porvenir, progreso y crecimiento del índice de desarrollo humano”, apuntó al informar que tan sólo en Tuxtla Gutiérrez se han invertido más de 12 mil 240 millones de pesos en diversas obras de desarrollo.
Escandón Cadenas indicó que ésta y otras grandes inversiones que se realizan en Chiapas en materia de infraestructura, educación, salud, carreteras, caminos, apoyos sociales, entre otros rubros, vienen del corazón y humanismo del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador y han tenido un impacto favorable al traer una mejor calidad de vida a las y los chiapanecos; muestra de ello, es que el estado es la entidad donde más bajó la pobreza a nivel nacional, con un 10.63 por ciento.
A la par, mencionó, la entidad registra un crecimiento en ocupación laboral, al situarse en el primer lugar nacional en generación de empleo, ya que es la primera vez que se le apuesta a la calidad de la mano de obra chiapaneca, generando con ello que la gente del estado tenga un trabajo con seguridad social.
